The next individual that we bring on to this team will need to understand that it may mean working away from home. Being away from home can be difficult. We understand, as we all have families. So, at Absolute we offer subsistence pay for each day you are away from your family.
Each individual will need to be dependable, reliable, honest, willing to put in physical hard work that makes you feel like you have accomplished something at the end of the day. We are willing to train the right individual & that individual understands that this is a trade, a career & it comes with hard work. Sheetmetal apprentices & journeyman all create & build with their hands every day, some days will be harder than others. Each and every individual that is hired at Absolute will be required to be safe on site, follow directions & be respectable to any & all individuals they encounter while working. From installing residential furnace’s & A/C units to installing HVAC roof top units on multi-million-dollar buildings the opportunity to learn & experience many aspects of the construction industry is 100% there.
Expected Wage:
Up to $45.00 based on experience & apprenticeship

1st, 2nd. 3rd, 4th & Journeyman Sheetmetal Workers
