This was a pretty big job, I’m super happy with how this cottage turned out.
It included jacking up the foundation in spots, removing an 800 brick chimney, replacing two footings, making the floors all one height, installing a 21’ steel beam, removing walls for an open concept, building a new bedroom, new kitchen, adding insulation and t&g pine, turning two bathrooms into one, an outdoor shower, built in bunk bed, new septic system, new electrical, new plumbing, heat pump, new shed, flooring, painting and more.
