Just wanted to share a quick project we completed in early June.
Rick and Vicki wanted to get their new home painted before the moving trucks showed up. So we fixed up the drywall, gave the walls a good clean, caulked those crown mouldings (they were already up but not caulked yet!), and then painted this gorgeous home with the colors Vicki picked out. It looks amazing! The bold feature wall in Benjamin Moore Regal Select Ultra Matte (Silhouette AF 654)
The remaining walls were done using Regal Select Eggshell (swiss coffee OC 45)
And the crown moulding with Benjamin Moore Advance (swiss coffee OC 45)
We also installed some carpet in the downstairs bedroom.
A clean and fresh start ! 👍

A Grand Forks Renovation; Beautiful Oak Kitchen
Here’s a look at what went into this transformation 👇

Complete Demo: Removed the existing cabinets, countertops, backsplash, drywall, and stripped away old wallpaper to start with a fresh slate.
Custom Storage: Installed stunning new clear-coated oak cabinets throughout. We maximized efficiency by adding pullouts for all lower cabinets, a Super Susan, a blind-corner pullout system, and a custom built-in pantry surrounding the refrigerator.
Modern Upgrades: Ran new plumbing and electrical to accommodate a brand-new dishwasher, quartz countertops and stainless steel undermount sink, new faucet, a sleek new range and microwave/hood fan combo.
Finishing Touches: Finished it all off with a brand-new tile backsplash, fresh paint, and crisp new trim.

This June we celebrate our 5th anniversary of proudly serving the communities of Grand Forks and Christina Lake! 🥳

When we made the decision to move to Grand Forks in 2021 to be closer to family, we were uncertain about how we and our business would be received. Little did we know at the time that it would be the best decision of our lives. This city is fantastic and the people are what truly makes this a great place to live, work, and play.

We quickly formed friendships and generated work opportunities, and since then, we've been busy renovating, creating, and improving our clients' homes and commercial spaces.
