The Copper Mountain Chalet was built by HR Pacific in 2007 at Kicking Horse Mountain Resort in Golden, British Columbia. Designed by Chernoff Architect, the residence combines timberframe and wood frame construction to create a Mountain Modern resort home.We are incredibly proud that this project’s craftsmanship was recognized with two Keystone Awards from the Canadian Homebuilders’ Association, including Best Single Family Detached Home ($750k+) and Best Single Family Detached Home (4,000+ sq. ft.).

Designed for an active family escaping the city, this chalet serves as a high-performance base for winter skiing and a summer hub for hiking and biking. It’s a perfect example of how we blend elegant architectural detailing with the rugged functionality required for mountain living.
