Ferguson Plumbing, Heating and Electrical is looking for Licensed Plumbers to join our growing team.
Duties include performing full-time service calls and project work for new construction, full installations, renovation, & commercial throughout Huron County.
• Competitive wages based on experience
• Monday to Thursday, 8:00am-5:00pm Friday 8:00am-4:00pm
Licenses:
• Licensed Plumber 306A, COT Registered in good standing is required (senior apprentices will also be considered)
• Valid Ontario driver's license is required with clear driver’s abstract
• G1, G2, G3 gas fitters license an asset
• Safety Training Level 1-Working at Heights an asset
• Work at Heights and Elevating Work Platforms is an asset
• Backflow tester an asset
Responsibilities
• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, ensuring compliance with local codes and regulations.
• Utilize hand and power tools effectively for various plumbing tasks.
• Read blueprints and schematics to determine layout and installation requirements.
• Perform heavy lifting and assembly of plumbing fixtures and systems.
• Collaborate with other trades, applying mechanical knowledge and carpentry skills as needed.
• Adhere to safety protocols, including obtaining a Working at Heights Certificate for elevated work.
