This past summer was definitely a wet one, especially the month of August. We had to turn down estimates, moved many projects for rescheduling and even had to put off projects until next year. We sincerely apologize for any and all inconveniences this has caused.

Many projects were for clients cottages and perhaps are annoyed, not realizing how much rain we did receive in August alone The following was copied after asking AI;

(During the month of August 2026, the Bancroft and Limerick Township areas received a total of 197.3 mm of precipitation. [1] (https://bancroft.weatherstats.ca/metrics/precipitation.html)This was an exceptionally wet month for the region, nearly double the historical normal average of 83.4 mm for August. [1] (https://bancroft.weatherstats.ca/charts/normal_precipitation-monthly.html)

We would also like to point out that had a cooler then normal spring, therefore a later blackfly season, as well as longer drying periods, to allow moisture out of wood.

For future references, we will only be taking on exterior projects between mid June to mid August.

Thank you

Benjamin Moore's HC-154 Hale Navy was the colour choice of today's client's Kitchen. We're beginning to see more and more bold colours this year already...

Not all clients are the same...Some people choose to not follow current design trends and stick to what they personally love. That's what makes us all unique.

We completed this home this week in Bancroft and it was quite the change from the traditional whites and Gray's of recent years.

Right back at it in full force after the Christmas Holiday's...Happy New Year everyone and all the best for 2026!

We're just putting the finishing touches on this beautiful lake house just south of Bancroft On. All trim and Doors were painted with Benjamin Moore's Regal Select Pearl, all walls with Regal Select Ultimate and washrooms with Benjamin Moore's Aura Bath and Spa. Same colour throughout as we colour drenched another project with Benjamin Moore's White Dove...definitely the top choice of 2025 and I don't think it'll slow down anytime soon.

Snuck this barndaminium in-between other new builds we're working on. Prime, finish ceilings and walls with Benjamin Moore's Regal Select Ultimate ofcourse.
