When the view is this good, you forget there are windows at all.

Custom waterfront home on the Sunshine Coast, built in collaboration with Kolbe Windows & Doors — a natural fit. The VistaLuxe WD & AL architectural framing is precise enough to disappear into the landscape, and elegant enough to stand on its own.

A closer look at the exterior profile of our Johnstone Road build. We paired clean, modern geometry with factory-finished cedar cladding from Fisher Coating in Pacific Fog (Fine Bandsawn) The result is a durable, low-maintenance finish that feels entirely at home among the trees.

Partnering with trades who care about craft as much as we do makes all the difference.

A huge shout out to Haden at Summerhill, Lons Contracting & Crane Service (Lonnie Allen) and KPC Steel Fabricating & Erecting Ltd. for helping make the big days look easy!

Perched high on the Gibsons bluff, we’re excited to see the steel framework taking shape on this innovative project. With incredible craftsmanship, seamless teamwork, and a view that never gets old, it’s one of those days that reminds us why we love what we do. Looking forward to the next phase!

This week, we had the honour of celebrating the official handover of the Connor Park Community Hall to the community it was built for.

Surrounded by local elected representatives and the community members who inspired this project, we marked the completion of a space designed to bring people together for years to come.

Projects like this remind us why we do what we do. It’s not just about bricks and beams — it’s about building places where connection happens.

Proud doesn’t begin to cover it. Thank you to everyone who partnered with us to make this vision a reality. 🙌

Sometimes the best projects take you somewhere new.

We’re breaking ground on a substantial renovation and energy retrofit in North Vancouver—a bit of a departure from our Sunshine Coast roots, but the mission stays the same: build homes that last. Homes designed with intention, crafted with integrity, and built to stand the test of time.

Universal Land Service is on-site getting the groundwork dialed in. Our crew is laying the foundation for something truly inspired. From the first excavator bucket to the final walk-through, we’re all in.
