We’re growing and looking to add two experienced team members to our crew on the Sunshine Coast:
• Excavator Operator
• Pipe Layer

🔹 Excavator Operator – Job Description
- Operate excavators safely and efficiently on civil construction sites
- Perform trenching, grading, digging, and material handling
- Work closely with ground crews and pipe layers to complete installs accurately
- Follow site plans, grades, and safety procedures
- Conduct daily equipment checks and maintain a clean, safe work area
🔹 Pipe Layer – Job Description
- Install underground utilities including storm, sanitary, and water systems
- Grade and align pipe according to site plans and specifications
- Work with excavator operators to safely place pipe and bedding materials
- Ensure proper pipe connections, slopes, and compaction
- Maintain safe trench conditions and follow all site safety requirements
✅ Requirements for Both Positions
- Minimum 3 years experience in civil construction
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety
