Hiring a shingler/Labour.

Lamont Roofing a family owned and operated company for over 30 plus years is looking to hire a shingler/Labour.

Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Shingler/Labour to join our team. The ideal candidate will have minimum 1 year experience in roofing and be proficient in the installation of shingles or a Labour on residential buildings. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. The Shingler will be responsible for ensuring that roofs are installed correctly and meet quality standards.

Duties:
Install shingles on roofs according to specifications.
Perform heavy lifting of shingle, debris on job site.
Remove old shingle as a team, clean up debris, install new shingle.
Utilize hand tools and equipment effectively for shingle installation.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols.

Qualifications
Previous experience as a Shingler/Labour min 1 year or in a similar role is preferred.
Strong skills in heavy lifting of Shingle bundles and debris.
Proficiency in using hand tools related to roofing tasks.
Working at heights certificate valid.
