We've been busy at FixItBiz. This is one of our latest local kitchens/main floor projects. We completely transformed the look and feel of the space with new flooring and a combination of natural wood finish and white Shaker kitchen cabinets. Add to that a quartz countertop with a quartz backsplash and waterfall edge, and you couldn't make the space feel more like it's in a whole different home. Under-cabinet lighting with a cabinet valance complements the look. New vinyl plank flooring that looks so much like wood you'd have to really look to see it's not, along with new baseboards, pot lights, doors, and casings, finishes off everything else, and a whole new first floor is complete. Our clients had a vision; we made it happen.

One of the latest from Fixitbiz Renovations and Repairs . This project was done for my parents as large corner tubs and small closet showers just wont work going forward. In this project, we removed the large corner tub. Installed a custom shower with a vinyl base to keep things easy to clean. Custom glass to finish it off. The old shower closet got converted into an actual closet with frosted glass door. New floors and paint added to complement reusing the existing vanity. It was very fulfilling to give back to family as they gave me so much.

Unfortunately, I did not get the before photos but we all know what those large corner tubs look like.

Our team has recently completed a bathroom renovation for local clients who sought a modern space characterized by clean lines, innovative thinking, and a contemporary aesthetic. To meet their requirements, we renovated the bathroom to create a wide, open space. By moving the shower to the center of the bathroom and incorporating a curbless shower floor, we ensured easy accessibility. Glass separation between the shower and toilet maintained the open feel. We installed a new standalone jetted bathtub with jets and a water heating feature, complete with bubbles for added relaxation. Upgraded lighting provided ample illumination, and a quiet bathroom exhaust fan ensured a peaceful experience. A new vanity with a quartz countertop and accessories, including a niche and rainhead shower feature, completed the boutique-style space. The herringbone layout in the shower and striking floor design make this bathroom a standout that will endure for years to come. The addition of a hidden niche and valve controls in the custom half wall ensures an always fresh and clean appearance.
