This pergola got the full treatment — stripped down with a thorough sanding to remove the old finish, then brought back to life with a beautiful translucent stain that lets the natural wood grain shine through.

Solid stain hides discoloration and weathering while still allowing a little wood texture to show through.

It works well on: Aged siding, Knotty wood, Cracks, and uneven grain.

Because it penetrates the wood, solid stain is less likely to blister or peel when moisture gets trapped inside siding, decks, fences, or trim.

That makes it especially useful for:
Older wood, Rough-sawn lumber, cedar, Pressure-treated wood, and Surfaces exposed to freeze/thaw cycles.

Also, it's the maintenance friendly option, When it fades, you usually:
clean it,
lightly scrape loose areas,
and recoat.

You often don’t need the heavy scraping and sanding that failed paint requires.

Another ceiling transformation!

This bedroom was completely redone! Textured ceiling skimmed, walls and trim heavily repaired, then everything painted in the same colour creating a "colour drench" effect!

Trim and doors: Horizon semi gloss
Walls, crown moulding, and ceiling: Horizon matte

Fresh and neutral, ready for the market!

This full exterior repaint of a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom in Brampton was a fun project! Covering years of interesting bold colours in order to neutralize spaces in preparation for sale!

Ceilings: extra white flat
Walls: accessible beige matte
Trim and Doors: extra white semigloss

From dark and gloomy to bright and fresh!

Major plaster wall repair and a full ceiling texture removal complete!

This bedroom in a 150 year old house needed a bunch of TLC!

Cracks in plaster were deeply dug out, filled, retaped and patched. Textured ceiling was sanded down, and fully skimmed smooth. Walls and ceiling were then primed.

Ornamental crown moulding was installed then we came back and hope filled and caulked.

"Calamine" by Farrow & Ball was applied to the ceiling.

"White Dove" regal matte by Benjamin Moore was applied to the fresh walls!
