The Company
Russon Construction is a firm focused on delivering high quality carpentry services to its commercial and residential clients primarily in Fredericton and surrounding area. Operating since 2008, it has experienced steady growth and is now looking for additional carpenters and carpenter apprentices

The Opportunity
For the right person, the role offers the opportunity to work with a team of like-minded professionals whose drive is to exceed client expectations. Carpentry is not trade, it’s your profession and you strive to excel at every project in which you are engaged.
Normal work hours are 07:00 to 17:00. Rarely, but occasionally, we work evenings and weekends to suit the clients need. Generally, we finish our work week at noon on Fridays. We offer competitive compensation.

The Person
The successful candidate must be a either a Red Seal carpenter or an apprentice working towards their Red Seal. Experience in both commercial and residential construction is considered an asset but not necessary. Demonstrated experience of working independently is essential. Excellent inter personal and communication skills are essential.
