Check out this screened in porch/catio. This allows for a complete bug free zone, and a hangout for friends, family, and pets!

The decking is a product from Fiberon Composite Decking giving it a sleek clean finish, with a much longer lifetime. A flared staircase and a cypress tongue and groove cieiling will be installed in the near future.

What we have been up to the past few weeks!
This house was due for a face lift and we did just that!
Complete demo and removal of the old veranda ✅
New siding ✅
New deck ✅
Framed and installed 2 new windows ✅
A new front and back door ✅

The inside was a different story with a sagging cieling and old drywall, we tore the old stuff out, replaced with new and a fresh paint job and lights!

Electricians came in and installed a new service, panel and fixed up some ragged wiring!

It turned out amazing and we are excited to start our next project!
