SOLD!! 🥳🏁 Merla and Mel reached out to prepare their Humble Home to List for what became their biggest move yet ---

You see here was supposed to be their retirement home, but life came along and shifted them the opportunity to live with their amazing daughter.

What made preparation for Listing here special is they wanted to finish it as they planned to - but for the next person to enjoy - as they would.

After that experience together, Merla and Mel were willing to wait until I crossed that finish line of Real Estate College to list for them. They really put their faith in Miranda Wallace and I - and we returned the favour.

There is over 200 REALTORS® in Fredericton Area, to have someone we had no prior relationship, simply wait for me to graduate, meant alot to me. It really did. This is why we love what we do: the people and the product from the passionate presentation.

SOLD 🥳🏁 Jeff and Terri met me at an Open House seeking to downsize. After a tour, countless laughs together and finishing off with a big hug they asked if I would be interested in listing their home to make the move a smart one.

We prepared their Humble Home immediately winning Multiple Offers 1-Day on Market. After those offers fell through we had already an Accepted Offer on their next move and had to make a pivot.

Losing the next Humble Home to them was an option. Not to me. ❤️🫡
