A rather large renovation, completed one small project at a time (descriptions in the photos). When I arrived for the first walk through, there was quite a bit to do. The home is a 50+ classic trailer home (the original hitch is even still attached) and pretty much everything was original. While it stayed in pretty good condition, it was time for some upgrades. This entire renovation was completed one small project at a time. Progress remained steady even while I kept busy with other projects for other customers in between tasks. I would drywall the bedroom ceiling here, then go install a door for another customer. I would reframe the bathroom here, then reframe a failing deck elsewhere. I would construct a deck here then repaint another customer's bathroom. Eventually, a LOT was done and the house now looks completely different.
While I am always very happy to offer large scale renovations, it doesn't always have to be such a daunting experience. It can often be easier for the customer (and their bank account) to break it down into significantly smaller projects and complete it over weeks or months. That's exactly why I love offering smaller scale red-seal quality carpentry and home renovations/repairs. There are some excellent construction companies in the area, but many of them aren't interested in smaller scale projects. That's exactly where I come in.
