We are Hiring!

Eco Mulch Farms is looking for an energetic, driven individual to join our team! Your first and most important job will be an equipment operator. You will not only run the standard heavy equipment including loaders and excavators, but also a Rotochopper Horizontal Grinder, an Orbit screening plant and a Rotochopper bagger/erosion sock machine.

At Eco Mulch Farms, you will spend over 80 percent of the year working out of the main yard in Frankford, and the remaining time within a 1.5 hour radius of our yard, so no suitcases needed or long commutes! You will also have your evenings, weekends and holidays to enjoy life as we strive to offer an excellent work/life balance while your pay will be based on education, skill level and experience.

Hello all!

We are doing our best to source as much local product as possible. Eco Mulch is based out of Frankford, and we will be carrying their bagged mulch and woodchips this upcoming Spring. Eco Mulch is made from natural forest products and organic colourant.

This spring we started some Cherry and Roma tomatoes and green peppers from seed. The containers with the blue tape were planted in typical potting soil from a local store. The other container was filled with worm castings infused soil. The seeds were planted five weeks ago. The worm castings definitely made a difference! They even handed the transplanting better. Worm castings are an excellent organic product and we not only offer a home owner line of products, but also large scale agricultural products. It is hard to believe it has already been a year since our fire! It has been an incredible journey. In the past year we have purchased and are now operating on a new property. We have increased our product offerings and sales. Added another team member, (and looking for more!) Increased our production capabilities and have been embraced by our local community. We are excited to be adding a new premium soils division this summer and distributing worm castings for both the agricultural and residential markets. Our company goal is to manufacture premium, organic products that help a home owner grow a professional garden and a farmer produce a world class crop as organically as possible. Our world is a beautiful place, we hope to keep it that way!
