Another bathroom gutted right down to the studs and redone. This one required some more subcontracting as Pantheon has been busy. Let’s take a good look at that floor!

Vanity is not yet finished in the photos as the cabinet makers hadn’t made it out to finish just yet.

Electricians, plumbers, drywall guy, and even the finish carpentry were subcontracted out on this one.

It has been a busy last couple months working out of town.
Here is one of the bathroom renos completed in may.

- Ripped out all of the old the old material.
- Inspected.
- The window hardware was fixed, and the rest of the window was refinished.
- New tub, toilet, vanity, sink, flooring, and finished off with some beautiful Balsum poplar.
Electrical and Plumbing are subcontracted.
