Two decks. Down to the framing. Back up in composite.

Bob & Sharon brought us in on a cost-plus basis for both the rear deck and the front entry. Full pressure-treated framing replacement, new blocking throughout, and joists swapped where needed — then composite decking and black aluminum railing over top.

Anything that didn't meet code got corrected along the way, and the whole thing came in just under budget.

Old Fort Premium Exterior Renovation

We’re waiting on our ChamClad siding, and I’m pretty excited to use this product for the first time.

Big shoutout to Gentek John for helping us get everything lined up on this one.

We’re going right over the existing stucco with a mix of vinyl siding, ChamClad, aluminum soffit, new trims and flashing, painted doors, new overhead doors, plus dealing with the flat roof.

Lots going on with this exterior. Stay tuned — this one’s going to be a cool transformation.

This is a senior role for someone with 10+ years of residential renovation experience across multiple trades. You must be able to independently diagnose problems, communicate confidently with homeowners, and complete high-quality repairs and small projects with minimal supervision.

Typical work includes siding and exterior repairs, windows and doors, drywall, finish carpentry, decks, railings, water-damage repairs, warranty work, and small renovations.

Andrew Project Update

About 70% complete and coming together nicely. The structural wall rebuild is well underway, along with the siding, front gable detail, and downspout work.

Still a bit to go, but great progress on site.
