We’re now registered with the Home Performance Contractor Network (HPCN)!

McCormick Ventures Ltd. is excited to announce that we are now a registered HPCN contractor, which means homeowners may qualify for insulation rebates of up to $5,500.00.

Rebates may be available for upgrades such as:
• Attic insulation
• Wall insulation
• Crawlspace / basement insulation
• Air sealing improvements

We are hiring!

We are looking to add an individual to our team. Work will be primarily based out of Fort St. John, but we do service the entire Peace Region as well as Alberta.

- Must be reliable
- Must have a valid Drivers License
- Must be able to pass D&A Test
- Must be able to lift 50lbs
- Basic tool knowledge is a huge benefit - wrenches, drills, sockets, etc
- Must be local to the area (Fort St. John)
- Current Oilfield Tickets are required (H2S, First Aid, PCST, CSO, Wildlife Awareness)

The majority of our work is oilfield based, but we also do residential and commercial insulation.

Dutys include:
- General shop work (cleanup, emptying barrels, basic mechanical work like oil changes and filter changes)
- Making SPF Products in shop
- Spraying Pipe Supports/Breakers/Padding/Weld Joints - Training Provided
- Cleaning & Rebuilding Spray Guns
- Loading/Unloading trucks
- Helping string out hose
- Prepping houses to be sprayed (masking, etc)
- Cleaning houses once spraying is complete (scraping studs, picking up scraps, etc)
- Watching barrel pumps
- Yard cleanup
- Filling out Tailgate meetings and FLHA's
- Rigging trucks for towing if needed.

Training to spray foam will also be part of it, if this is something the candidate likes and wants to do long term then we will provide certification training.
