ADMINISTRATIVE:
Omega Electric & Controls is looking for Full Cycle Bookkeeper/administrator. The suitable candidate must have at least 2 years related experience. Fast paced environment
Duties and Responsibilities include, but not limited to: A/P (data entry + payments), pricing tickets, payroll source deductions. Preform monthly reconciliations of accounts. Assisting with safety.
Assisting owners in any Day to Day tasks.
• Able to work independently and with the team
• Positive, outgoing attitude
• High attention to detail, excellent organizational skills and able to prioritize tasks.
• Knowledge of the oil and gas industry would be considered an asset
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
• Must have experience with Sage 50
