30 years ago today, on October 7, 1996, a young Rob walked into our shop in Gregoire after moving to Fort McMurray, looking for a job. He came to us with experience as a carpenter’s helper, and lucky for us, we happened to be looking for someone to help out around the shop.
The rest is history.
For 30 years, Rob has shown us what true loyalty looks like. He has stuck with Jos Will through the busy seasons, the challenging jobs, the changes, and everything in between. That kind of commitment is rare, and it means so much to us.
Rob is the kind of guy we can count on. He’s adaptive, reliable, positive, and always ready to solve a problem. He takes pride in his work, owns what he does, and follows through. He’s also a great communicator who keeps everyone informed, speaks up when something needs attention, and helps keep every job moving in the right direction.
This throwback photo of a young Rob at our old shop takes us right back to those early days in Gregoire. Before 30 years of sawdust, hard work, and good memories made him such an important part of the Jos Will family.
Rob, your loyalty and dedication have helped shape Jos Will Millwork into what it is today. We are incredibly fortunate and thankful to have had you by our side for the past three decades.
If you see Rob today, make sure to wish him a happy 30th work anniversary!
Congratulations, Rob, and thank you for 30 great years!!!
