The end is close on this big job. We started with a foreclosed trailer. The plan was to remove the underbelly to replace the PolyB water lines with Pex. Unfortunately the house was too low and we couldn’t fit. Roughly 6” off the ground. So we lifted the house roughly 8 inches and replaced all the rotted piles and levelled the place to a 1/16”. We had our guy Michael with Variety Mechanical come in and change out all the water lines and fix some cracked drains. We then installed a whole new belly bag, new insulation R40 and now we have some heat trace left to do along with a whole new Skirting! The whole Belly Boyz meal deal!

More pics to come! We appreciate all the referrals, thank you all!

No fancy Ai post here, just 3 skirting kits to kick off our summer work. If you’re interested in a quote reach out. We’re already booked quite a ways out but there’s still room for more.

Like always, offering insulated and non insulated skirting packages. Mobile home levelling on blocking or steel piles. Plumbing, Heat trace & Belly Bag repairs.

Hi all,

After a much needed little break, I wish you all a happy new year and all the best in 2026.

Over the break we made up a new crane to move heaters more efficiently and I’ve added a new one to the arsenal making that 3, 350k btu frost fighters. They rent daily, hourly or for the bigger jobs where the belly insulation is removed and its -100 outside. They’ll thaw frozen sewer lines & water lines making that crawl space as hot as africa!

Our top of the line 3M heat trace will make sure that main water line never freezes and we have one heck of a record for that!

All our belly bag repairs are done so good as factory and with a R-value of 40. Thats 1’ thick insulation!

We have our buddy Mike, a journeyman plumber on speed dial for any major plumbing repairs. He’s the best, extremely knowledgeable and most reasonably priced in town! So with that, we offer Poly B water line to Pex replacement and also smaller scale in-house plumbing repairs, drain sloping, heat tracing and insulating.

Also before that spring thaw, be sure to check your concrete foundations for leaks. Our concrete guy with 20 years experience will handle any foundation crack repairs. We have done hundreds with 0 call backs or issues.

We offer a year warranty on all our work!
We are licensed and insured!
