I’ve been trying to find the right words to say thank you, and the truth is, I’m not sure there are words that can fully express how grateful I am.
Since losing my brother, Rob, the amount of love and support shown to my family and me has been incredible. Every phone call, text, message, card, flower, visit, handshake, hug, and kind word has meant more than you probably realize.
This has been one of the hardest times of my life. Rob wasn’t just my brother — he was a huge part of my life, my family, and our business. There are moments when it still doesn’t feel real. But seeing how many people cared about him, hearing your memories of him, and simply knowing that people are thinking about our family has helped more than I can say.
I also need to thank our incredible staff at Belluz Concrete & Rentals.
When I needed to step away from the business and be with my family, I didn’t have to ask them to step up — they just did. They took care of our customers, took care of each other, kept things moving, and allowed me to be where I needed to be. And they continue to do it every day.
I’m incredibly proud of them, and I’ll never forget what they’ve done for me and my family during this time. Knowing the business that my parents started and Rob and I worked so hard to continue to build together is in the hands of people who genuinely care about it means more to me than I can put into words.
To our staff, our customers, our friends, and everyone in this community who has reached out or been there for us — thank you from the bottom of my heart.
We’ve always known we live and work in a special community, but these past few weeks have reminded me just how special it really is.
My family and I will never forget the kindness you’ve shown us, and I know Rob would have been incredibly grateful too.
Thank you.
Mike
