GPS Electrical opened for business in December 2012 as Glen being the sole proprietor and later changed into a partnership with his wife Jennifer. It has been Glen's longtime dream to become an electrical contractor and give back to his community which earned him the Businessman of the Year award in 2014 presented from the Nishawbe Aski Nation. ifer, also Cree, from Washaw Sibi, QC. GPS Electrical is now working on their 5th year in operations. Glen, the electrician, currently has First Nations apprentices under his belt. Jennifer shares the administrative work with Helene Jackson, the accounting clerk. GPS Electrical strives to provide electrical services to First Nations communities and takes great pride in their work. They service the northern Ontario James Bay coast and surrounding and they also do work in town. Glen's exquisite work can be seen throughout the city of North Bay.
