It's been a while since I've posted this is a reno/ addition we did last year. New front porch and roof line, closed in carport for garage and mud/ laundry room plus rear addition and removed walls,new flooring and kitchen. Clients were thrilled with the new space.

Another kitchen and main floor renovation in the books. Our clients are loving their new open space and new kitchen by Carolinian Cabinet Company and Sweitzer Electric brought them up to the new codes with new wiring and a new safe panel. Everything really came together on this one to transform the space into the vision the customer had.

We did a nice kitchen and main floor reno back in the spring for a great couple in bright's grove. What a change for them with opening rooms up and giving it a much more modern look. What a great looking kitchen thanks to great cabinets from Carolinian Cabinet Company.

Just finished up a nice bathroom reno job. Very bright and clean with lots of nice accents.

We recently finished an addition we started later in the fall. It was quite the framing job...but so much fun! We got it all buttoned up and ready for the owners to start working away on the inside. It was great working with the Needham family on this project.

Here's another renovation I did over the course of the summer. Detached garage then transformed there attached garage into living space, blew out all the main floor walls to open it all up. New kitchen, floors, trim,tile accent wall with fireplace and TV. The transformation was amazing and the sqft they gained with the garage was incredible. The total open area now is 41x28. Another happy customer all settled back in enjoying their home.

Here's some pics of a renovation we did back in late winter. What a transformation! New kitchen, bathroom, all new flooring and trim, custom laundry shoot in bathroom closet and benches for dining room seating and walk in fridge.

Just a little addition project me and my boy Dave have been building, fighting the weather over the last 4 weeks. For a little perspective that center wall is 18' tall. If you dont have a lake view just build it tall enough to see over the house across the road.

This fall I had the pleasure of starting a reno for a great couple who trusted me to transform their house into the home they dreamed it to be. After alot of demo and many changes along the way we finally got things put back together and got them moved back in. These pictures are from the start and show till about half way done with more to follow of the finished reno. Thanks again to Paul Wilkins and Nicole Shultz it was a pleasure to work with you both.
