Engage all your senses in the garden!

Our socials have been a little quiet lately but we have not! Out shooting photos and video this week for upcoming content, selling out the back half of the season, grinding out the landscaping and taking a beat or two to enjoy the day lilies and hydrangeas that anchor the summer border. We hope you’re enjoying your summer!!! ☀️🌻🌼💦💚

Happy Canada Day !!! 🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦 Make a statement by adding some red to your garden, opposite green on the color wheel, red immediately contrasts and make a visual pop!

It’s the time of year when we expect everything to spring to life 🌿 in our gardens! Some things are just later than others, like this Joe Pyeweed, but others as well, like Hostas, Balloon Flower, Gaillardia. We know the season is short but have patience, especially if things are in the shade or newly planted!!

Happy World Bee Day! A day to recognize and appreciate the role of pollinators in our environment. This video is from July, but presently the lone queen bumblebees are establishing their nests, often in the ground, hollow logs etc. Even a small amount of natural space helps them a lot. So if your garden is a little more “natural” than your neighbours tell them it’s for the bees!

Happy Mother’s Day! Don’t forget the flowers! Daffodils come back every year with their bright sunny ☀️ faces and are a trouble free, deer resistant addition to a sunny spot in your garden. Daffodils symbolize rebirth, new beginnings, and hope, but you need to plan ahead and plant 🪏them in the fall as a bulb. Mark your calendar 😉

They’re not leaving without that ball.

And honestly… nobody’s leaving the pool either.

You could be splashing in your own backyard this summer. Financing options are available.

A good retaining wall doesn’t try to stand out.

It just makes everything else look right.

Level space, better flow, something you can actually use instead of a workaround.

If your yard feels like it’s missing something, this is often it. Financing options are there to help make it happen.
