One of Our Largest Projects to Date | Welland, Niagara Region

This four-storey commercial building was one of the largest and most challenging exterior projects our team has completed.

The exterior features a combination of metal siding, Cedar Renditions™ aluminum siding accents, and James Hardie® architectural panels, creating a modern and distinctive finish.

Another exterior transformation with a major upgrade in both curb appeal and energy efficiency.
For this home, we installed premium vinyl siding in Grenadier Green along with new exterior insulation 3/4”, significantly improving the home’s thermal performance, helping it stay warmer during the winter and cooler during the summer, and new parging all around the house.
The deep Grenadier Green completely refreshed the look of the house and made it stand out in the neighborhood. And check out Al rendering and how the final result looks now👍🏻 The transformation didn’t go unnoticed either, the new exterior was already getting compliments from the neighbors.

We gave this home a full exterior refresh, including new vertical vinyl siding, soffit and fascia, 5” eavestroughs, and new downspouts.

This home was finished with Board & Batten siding paired with black soffit, fascia, and eavestrough for a clean modern contrast. The front porch was completed in Cashmere aluminum by , adding the perfect finishing touch and curb appeal to the build.
