Our staff enjoyed some amazing food last night from Thurston’s Family Butcher Shop. Right from our very first visit to their store we were impressed with the kindness, passion and professionalism of a local business in Fenelon. The video speaks for itself and nobody left hungry that is for sure!!!! Amazing job Tammy and team!!!

Happy to report that thanks to our fantastic IT guy that I called, emailed and text in a panic yesterday dropped everything he was doing and got our email back up and running by yesterday afternoon. We did loose all emails that were sent to us in the morning until around 4 yesterday afternoon.

All is well in the Double R Plumbing world once again. We hope that everyone has a fantastic LONG weekend filled with fun, food and friends!! Happy Canada day!!! 🇨🇦

Well I am really sad to say it as it means summer is coming to an end, we are looking at fall and with that we have started to book some cottage closings. I guess it is time to put my flip flops away and pull out my cozy sweaters.

If you are interested in finding out more information or if you are wanting to book your closing please send me an email. Please give at least one weeks notice before you would like your cottage closed. Thanks for a great summer season.

Well we made it!! 2020 was full of surprises and learning to “roll with the punches”.....there sure were a lot of punches!! We tried to adapt the best we could not have done this with out the help and understanding of our amazing customers. It wasn’t ideal for anyone, and we appreciate all of your kindness and encouragement through this entire year. We hope that you all have a fantastic new year and we are ready to tackle whatever 2021 has in store for us.

Lots of exciting things going on at Double R Plumbing Inc this last little bit. We have hired a new plumber to our team, Rob S. Rob is excited to get started and meet our amazing customers. We also welcomed back our previous employee Sandy. Sandy is very happy to be back to join our plumbing family. Along with expanding our team, we have expanded our fleet too! We have two new trucks and we have retired our white truck. We apologize as we have been very busy and very slow to return calls. Hopefully with expanding our team and fleet we will be able to serve you in a more timely and efficient manor.

Is bring your dog to work a thing? Well I am making today bring your dog to work day at Double R Plumbing. Meet Lola, my 9 year old chocolate lab. She is a great office assistant. She especially enjoys lunch time and all the love she can get from anyone who walks through the doors.

At this time we feel we need to do our part to help stop the spread of covid 19 so we have made the difficult decision to close except for emergency calls. We need to keep our families safe as well as the families of our customers and not spread this horrible virus any more. If you have an emergency please call us or send us a message and we will help you the best we can. We hope our customers understand and the sooner we all help to stop the spread the sooner we can get back to normal and see all of your smiling faces again.

In the meantime please take care of yourselves and we hope you all stay safe, happy and healthy.

On the up side the fall colours are beautiful and I love any excuse to wear a hoodie!! And let’s not forget pumpkin spice everything!!! Whatever you enjoy doing this fall we hope you enjoy every second of it!!!
