This one doesn’t look like much yet but trust the process 😄

What you’re looking at is a freshly graded and seeded area that used to be a completely overgrown, unmanageable ditch. Now it’s level, seeded, and once it fills in it’s totally maintainable with a ride on mower.

Sometimes the best transformations are the slow ones 🌱 Check back in a few weeks!

Edging + mulch isn’t just for looks either. It suppresses weeds, holds moisture, and protects the roots. 😎🌿

Spotted this near my home this week 🐛 Has anyone else been noticing these in their trees?

These are Eastern Tent Caterpillars and while they look like a disgusting spider nest they’re actually a native species and rarely kill a healthy tree on their own. That said a bad infestation can really stress things out especially on ornamental trees.

The silky tent they build in the fork of branches is where they sleep at night and hide from predators. Worth keeping an eye on yours! 🌳

Saying goodbye to these beauties for another year 🌷😢

Quick tip before you deadhead yours do not cut the leaves down to the ground right after blooming! I know they look messy but those green leaves are busy photosynthesizing and sending energy back down to the bulb. That’s what powers next year’s flowers. Let them go yellow and papery on their own, then tidy them up.

Patience = better blooms next spring 🙌
