Today’s flat roof project finished up in slate grey using the IKO Roofing Roof-Fast system.

For this install we used:

• IKO approved primer on the roof deck
• Self-adhering base sheet applied directly to the prepared surface
• Mechanical fasteners throughout the base layer for additional hold
• IKO cap sheet membrane in slate grey
• Heavy-duty weighted roller to properly bond the cap sheet to the base sheet

A flat roof system is only as good as the prep and installation underneath it. Taking the time to get proper adhesion and bond throughout the system makes a big difference long term.

A little behind-the-scenes of some eavestrough being run through the machine.

We run our eavestrough in-house and offer both 5” and 6” continuous systems depending on the project.

Custom running material on-site gives a cleaner finish and helps cut down on seams.

Always cool seeing it come off the machine.

These old videos popped up today and honestly… they sum up a lot of what Red Diamond was built on😂

When I started this company over 6 years ago, one thing I knew for sure was I wanted to build a different environment than what I was used to in the trade.

Work is hard enough already. Doesn’t mean every day has to be miserable.

We’ve always tried to build a crew environment where guys enjoy showing up, have each other’s backs, work hard, joke around, and take pride in what we’re building together.

Since opening our doors, we’ve had some guys move on to start businesses of their own, some chase different careers, and others have been here almost since day one.

Needless to say, we’ve appreciated every chapter of the journey.

A lot of memories, a lot of growth, a lot of friendships — and somehow apparently a lot of human ladders too🤣

Most importantly, we’re grateful for every client that’s trusted us with their homes along the way.
