Today, we recognize the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation. 🧡

We honour the children who never returned home, Survivors of residential schools, their families, and their communities.
Reconciliation requires more than recognition on one day—it requires listening, learning and continuing to build respectful relationships with Indigenous peoples and communities.

Today, we reflect, remember and continue to learn.

This month, we celebrate the retirement of Ed Gilbler and recognize the incredible contribution he has made over the years.

Ed has always been someone who leads with courage, determination and an unmatched work ethic. He is devoted, driven and tenacious — never afraid to tackle a challenge and always willing to put in the work to see it through.

Those who know Ed also know there’s never much guessing about where he stands. He’s straightforward, to the point and tells it like it is — qualities that have earned him the respect of so many people he has worked alongside.

But beyond his diligence and drive, what truly stands out is Ed’s good heart. He cares deeply about the people around him and has left a lasting impact on his colleagues, his work and everyone fortunate enough to know him.

Ed, thank you for your years of hard work, commitment and everything you’ve brought to the team. You’ve certainly earned this next chapter.

Congratulations on your retirement, Ed! Wishing you nothing but the best in the years ahead.
