The backyard of this downtown property has been completely revitalized. The removal of the old rear fence, multiple trees, and overgrown brush in the alley parking space, which was obstructing the garage door, has been completed. The yard has been thoroughly cleared of crab grass and weeds. A new grade entrance for a basement apartment has been installed, featuring concrete sidewalks, a newly sodded yard, and a stone parking space in the alley access. We offer not only quality concrete installation, but also total landscaping services to renovate any exterior space.
