We are grateful for all the unwaving respect and 5 stars we have received in the Windsor / Essex County and Kent County. Its been a privilege to serve each and every family that we have. We appreciate all the support , plus the amount amount of referrals we received. It has touches our hearts, that we have reach over the 90 percent level of repeated and or referred business. If it wasn't for our clients we wouldn't be achieved that status. Thank you ever so much. Our teams are so focus in, on proving to our clients, were committed to getting your job done effectly and efficiently. At RFG we love our jobs, and have done 10's of thousands of jobs. So Impressed with how the RFG team's, desire to put forth their best foot. They all applied them selves and thought out of the box. We accomplished a major challenge. 500 Quellette a 12 storey building rate at the tunnel exit needed a boiler system. There 11 million btu boiler system died. We installed 8 boilers on demand system to the old piping system. It was very tricky as we had to bring everything up 11 stories by elevator then up a flight of stairs to the 12th floor. 6 inch rolled steel pipe, flages and collars, scaffolding, threader and tools. As we thought outside of the box we were able to design a system to flow water throughout the whole building to heat each floor. Being limited on space in the boiler room rerouting supply & return lines we were able to run them down the back wall.Now they don't need to pay Hugh money to crane down the old boilers on Quellette street. All the tenants are now, enjoying the heat especially now with this cold snap we have today.

HAPPY THANKGIVING EVERYONE

I am so thankful for all of our customers at RFG Plumbing, RFG Electrical and RFG Heating & Cooling. We have received 100's of 5 star rating. Our customers keep encouraging us to keep expanding our horizons. A lot of training has happened at our shop.

From being an authorized dealer for Generac to installing boilers systems for NTI, Weil-Maclain, Navien, & Rheem

I am thankful for our entire team at RFG Trades. Each member offers their own unique dedication to the REAL F...IN GOOD TRADES

We have accomplished so many diverse jobs over the years. Residential, Commerical and Industrial installations. From a residential bathroom renovation, to installing 8 boilers in a system in a 12 story building, and maintaining the plumbing systems of well known franchise restaurants in our community. We were even called in to help with servicing an MRI machine at Metroplian Hospital. The variety of work has allowed our team to be a force in our trades.

We are so honored that over 80 % of our clients are referred to us by word of mouth. Clients see the dedication our team deliver. They get the job done effectively and efficiently.

We are so thankful we are able to give back to our local community in so many different ways each year through our annual Farm Bash. We have been so blessed the younger generation are entrusting us with their training in plumbing and electrical field. We have had many co-op students from all across Essex County. 3 of our Co-op students have started their apprenticeships.

I am so thankful for my Family. My wife Annette has been so supportive of my ambitions of developing RFG Trades over the years. I am thankful for my sons Ryan & Brandon for applying themselves and developing and helping to bring it to the next generation. Their ambition is what is making the company what it is today.

I am so happy for my mother Cherie and my deceased Dad Ralph Franklin Giles (RFG) for all they have taught me.
Being involved in the community and giving back to society was their mission.
Being thankful for what you have and remember where you come from. My dad believed in working hard and doing a decent job. He always believed if you delivered a quality job you will not be without work. People will always promote you, even in recessional time's people will call you. I am so thankful for my brothers & their wives Rob,Don Ron, and Bill, as we all have become productive citizens of our communities.

I am so thankful to God for keeping me in good health. I'm thankful that God allowed me to be the owner of my own paradise property. I am so thankful I can continue with developing RFG Trades to the next level. Believing we will be offering franchises in the future. I am thankful for all the master pieces, God has put on earth.

I am so thankful for all my family and friends.

Noble Hvac supplies donated this to Farm BASH this year so we could raise more funds, for Essex Area Food Bank and Canadian Mental Health Association. As this year these charities are dear to our hearts, we lost a team member to Mental Health issues.Please share and let all your groups, family and friends know about this incredible and charitable event. Our annual farm bash flyer has been refreshed with new updates. As a gesture close to our hearts, we have partnered with the Canadian Mental Health Association and will be contributing a portion of the proceeds to support their cause. This initiative holds a special significance as we honor the memory of our employee, Mark Kempski, who sadly passed away on January 21st, 2024.
