It was a long week, but the results make it all worth it. A couple before and after pictures.

We’re hoping the rain isn’t going to stop our Thursday plans, however, it just may. We’re going to keep an eye on the weather for the rest of the day and hope once 5-6:00 rolls around everything will be dry.
-We will always contact customers to let them know we won’t be visiting them that day and to reschedule service if it cannot be completed on the scheduled day due to rain or any other unforeseen issues.

Welcome to Precise Property Maintenance. This post is to help answer some questions you may have.

What we do:
All forms of property maintenance such as (but not limited to); lawn care, landscaping, pool care, snow removal and much more! Please ask if you are unsure if we offer a service and we will be happy to answer!

Where we serve:
We serve all over Windsor and Essex County! We are located in Essex and will serve anywhere within approximately 45 minutes or less of travel time. We can also make special exceptions for further distances.

How to schedule lawn care services?
Please contact us through our options and we will then schedule an appointment for us to come out to meet with you in person and survey the property. From there we will get you a quote and make further arrangements.

Scheduled services:
If you choose us we will arrange to take care of your lawn or pool on a scheduled basis. We can arrange weekly, bi weekly, monthly or an on-call basis. With an on call basis you arrange for when you would like us to visit, all we ask is you give at least a 2 day notice prior to when you’d like us to visit. Please note that we may not always be able to offer the on-call option.

Payment options:
-Cheque
-Cash
-E-transfer
-PayPal
Unfortunately, we currently do not offer credit or debit options, but as we grow this will become available as soon as possible.
-You may pay per visit, bi-weekly if you are receiving weekly visits, or monthly.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer seasonal payments at the moment but we hope to very soon.
