Need a Perk Test?

It's a great time of year to start applying for permits on that new septic or lot development in the spring!

If you’re buying a lot, planning to build a new home, subdividing land, replacing a septic system, or adding onto an existing house, you're likely going to need a QP assessment, often called a perk test.

We provide full Qualified Person assessments, to determine the soil conditions, suitable septic system, lot viability for development and reports required for building permits and subdivision applications.

As a licensed septic installer and QP, we handle everything from testing and reporting to system selection/design and installation.

We also offer excavation, layout, lot development, and site work — start to finish.
