A locally owned Plumbing company located in the Ottawa area is looking for plumbers, apprentices and laborers to perform installation work in a New Home Housing environment
Piece worker Welcome
Duties include, but are not limited to:
• Installing, ABS and BDS underground rough in.
• Installing, ABS rough in.
• Installing Pex and copper waterlines
• Installing Tubs, Showers and brass rough ins
• Finishing of plumbing materials, fixtures, and equipment as
required.
• Reading drawings, laying out job and completing jobs in a
timely fashion with quality workmanship
• Communicating with the office and foreman as required to
relay the required information
• Completing paperwork as required
• Working regular hours and overtime as required
• Ensure the safe operation of all new installations
• Creating a positive relationship with general contractors and
sub trades on site
These individuals must have:
• A valid plumbers license
• Clean drivers abstract
• Clean criminal record
• Hand tools are a must
• Ability to take direction and work with a minimal amount of
supervision
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet project
deadlines
