We are heeding the technical advisor's advice by limiting the use of the passenger elevator to passengers and those with mobility-assist devices no larger than wheelchairs. The elevator is not designed to accommodate the movements of mobility scooters that cause lateral movement of the elevator car. They will cause damage and downtime, both of which we don't want for our customers who have been so patient through this process.

Those with mobility scooters can easily access the upper levels by following the instructions for assistance and redirection posted throughout the mall.

This is a neat and innovative product.

During a pandemic it helps make buttons touchless and therefore sanitary. For everyday life it makes an elevator more accessible.
