Elevation Builders Inc.

I figured it was about time to put a face to the name.

Hi, I’m Paul, owner of Elevation Builders Inc. here in my hometown of Guelph.

I was born and raised here, and I’ve always had an appreciation for the incredible homes and architecture throughout the city. I’ve been building and renovating for almost 20 years now, and have had the opportunity to work on homes from just about every era along the way.

I started Elevation Builders in 2022 with a focus on structural framing, and the company quickly grew into a full-service renovation business. Today, we take on everything from major renovations and additions to exterior transformations, with our sights set on full custom home builds as we continue to grow.

What matters most to me is doing the work properly and building homes that feel considered, well crafted, and made to last.

If you’re planning a renovation, addition, or future custom build, I’d be happy to meet, hear what you have in mind, and see how we can help bring it to life.

We recently put the finishing touches on our Bailey kitchen and main floor renovation. For this project, we were able to rework the shape and flow of the main floor, creating nice wide entrance to this beautiful expanded kitchen with dine-at peninsula. New floors, windows and trim as well as a refreshed powder room, and a new entry closet topped it off.

Not your average basement reno.
This kid-focused space brings the energy with custom cabinetry, bold colour blocking, and a fully integrated climbing wall. Built to handle the chaos, and finished to last.

Clean lines and warm cedar, simple details that make a big impact. This was a project from last summer, where we built a custom cedar deck to give the homeowners a warm, inviting space to enjoy the outdoors. Big thanks to Ryan and the crew at TrueTradesman, it's always a pleasure teaming up with good people who care about quality as much as we do.

Warm days, blue skies, and a bit of siding in the sun. Hard to complain when the work feels this good. Always grateful to be doing what I love, with a great group of employees, trades and supporters around me.

This cozy studio tucked into the trees in St. Jacobs was one of our favourite builds last summer. Simple, efficient, and full of natural light, this ADU makes the most of every square foot.
Thinking about adding a space like this to your property? Reach out anytime, we’re always happy to talk through the possibilities.
