Scope of Work will include, but not limited to; finish trim, decks, interior framing and siding.

Skills:
The successful candidate MUST have the following qualifications:
- Be able to perform strenuous manual labor – shoveling/raking of gravel, topsoil
- Be able to work as an individual or with a team
- Pipe laying considered an asset;
- Minimum one (1) year of experience in a general contracting company preferred
- Valid Class 5 driver's license preferred;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Team player with enthusiasm to improve oneself and ability to learn from work.

Skills:
The concrete workers are responsible for the site forming of concrete forms, placement of concrete on site, as well as the post clean up. Projects involve but are not limited to concrete footings, foundation walls, concrete flat work, etc. There will be aspects of physical labour involved.
- Preference is given to candidates with previous concrete/construction experience
- Team player with enthusiasm to improve oneself.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must comply with Company rules and safety policies. A positive and proactive attitude towards safety is essential.
