We are seeking a part-time bookkeeper to join our team. Candidates with experience in the construction industry are preferred. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and have strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage QuickBooks for accurate financial records
Payroll processing and handling
Use of RBC Express for banking transactions
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Word
Manage job costing and daily log entries
Handle monthly invoicing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable
Requirements:
Previous bookkeeping experience, preferably in construction
Strong oral and written communication skills
Keen attention to detail
