Fun little basement frame up this week for . The renderings look amazing for the final finish on this project.

Quick and clean for this job for Grindstone Renovations. This 100+ year old home off Corydon is getting a back room renovation. These projects always provide unique challenges. For this one it was tying in a renovation (done at the time the house was originally built. I suspect it would have been an old wood shed) into the original@living area. Taking out the exterior load bearing wall and making both floors true to facilitate flooring.

Spray foam, drywall, paint and finishes and this space won’t be recognizable from these photos

It’s been doors on top of doors on top of doors the last month. This basement had 5 doors and 2 closets. These got the full Tommy treatment paint and install
