Yesterday we were so honoured to have Courtney represent women in skilled trades at the Cape Breton Regional Chamber of Commerce ADVANTAGE Women's Empowerment Conference. Along with Anna Manley, Principal Lawyer at Manley Law Inc. and Erika Shea, CEO of New Dawn they discussed the ways that our organizations are adapting to create a work/life balance.

The invitation to speak about how our business is shifting to create a better work place for women and young families is incredible. It shows that big things are happening in Cape Breton for all skilled trade industries and the women who work in all capacities within them.

We couldn't do what we do without the women on our team, including the partners and children of all of our team members. We are so grateful to all of you for all of your hard work.
