A rebuild we completed on a beautiful old home. Outside we did a full shingle replacement including some of the rotted materials that were underneath. The rotten facia boards were removed and new ones were reinstalled. We removed all the old flooring and installed all new vinyl plank flooring throughout the home. Installed almost all new trim. We did a complete gut and rebuild of both the kitchen and bathroom.

This renovation for the Wheelers was so much fun. Kevin and Sharon are such amazing people. We took a Master bedroom, ensuite and another bedroom of theirs and combined them to create a large loving space for them. We moved the ensuite and put it between the bedrooms and added a shower to it. We stretched the master bedroom over where the old ensuite and closet were. We also added another window in the master and French doors to the new closet space which head outside to the new deck. While we were in between coats of mud for the drywall we added an amazing basketball court outside for the boys. We then finished the deck with a nice glass railing, composite decking and a beautiful faux rock bottom. With a nice cement block pad outside the front deck.
