Got an older boiler that’s making noises? Send us a message.

We partnered with the crew at Alair Homes on this bathroom, handling the plumbing behind the beautiful finish you’re swiping through. Our job is to make sure everything under the surface is done right so that it lasts for years to come 🛁

Grateful to work alongside a team that builds to the same standard we plumb to 👊💧

Plumb Simple’s Andy got you in under a minute. Shut the indoor valve, open the outside tap and let the line drain, then take the hose off. A connected hose keeps water sitting in the line, and water sitting in a line is how you end up with a soggy basement wall in spring.

Can’t find your shutoff? Send us a message and we’ll talk you through where to look.

a special kind of satisfying 😮‍💨 That slow drain doesn’t fix itself and a quick poke through the clog just buys you a few weeks. We run a FlexShaft through the line and scrub the pipe walls clean.

If something in your home is draining slow, making noises, or backing up 👉 Message us “DRAIN” or tap the 🔗 link below to book.

This is a weeping tile check valve. We’ll inspect and clean yours for just $99‼️💙 Let’s talk about it.💧 THIS is what stops water from flowing back toward your foundation, but like anything, it needs the occasional check and clean to keep doing its job. After the summer Edmonton’s had, it’s a smart little bit of peace of mind.

Get ready for autumn 🍂 👉 Book your check valve service. Message us “WEEPING TILE” or tap the link ⬇️
