Construction laborer needed to work in the Windsor-Essex region immediately. Job description includes but is not limited to loading and unloading construction materials, and moving them to work areas. Installing and removing concrete forms at construction sites. Pouring and spreading materials such as concrete. Experience with general purpose construction is an asset.

Start immediately working on kitchens, cabinetry and interior finishing's. We have a current need for an experienced Finish Carpenter. The successful candidate must be skilled in interior construction with direct experience in kitchen renovations from start to completion.

-Must have G drivers license and own vehicle to get to job sites

-Must have own tools

-Must be fluent in English

-Must be reliable, hard-working with attention to detail.

-Must be able to follow instructions and read designs/drawings

-Adhere to an agreed-upon schedule and manage time accordingly

-Able to problem solve and troubleshoot

-Ability to function as part of a team, as well as independently

-Knowledge and understanding of the Ontario Building Code

Position starts at $20/hr but can rapidly increase if successful candidate proofs to be fully capable of performing the job well and meeting deadlines. If successful candidate can also manage a team of successful candidates the position can pay even more.

Coatsworth Construction is looking for a hardworking, experienced concrete finisher/form setter to join our team.

Qualified candidate must be able to...

- assist in the excavation and removal of existing concrete surfaces

- assist in the construction and placement of forms for new projects

- finish various types of concrete surfaces, such as driveways, sidewalks, walkways, patios, roads, curbs and floors

- use a variety of hand and power tools.

- perform other general construction labour duties

MUST HAVE YOUR OWN TRANSPORTATION.

MUST BE WILLING TO WORK LONG HOURS ON OCCASSION INCLUDING EVENINGS AND WEEKENDS.
