Drywall is going up, and this 1960s main floor renovation is already looking completely different! 👏
In Part 2 of our drywall-stage walkthrough, we’re taking a closer look at the kitchen and the rest of the newly defined spaces. 👀

We’ll also show how the primary walk-in closet is taking shape after reworking the original front closet space.

There’s still plenty of work ahead, but we’re getting closer to seeing the vision become reality! 🔨

The transformation is starting to take shape! 👀

We’re back at our 1960s main floor renovation, and this time we’re checking in at the drywall stage.

After abatement, demolition, framing and all the behind-the-walls work, drywall is now up and you can finally start to see the new layout come together.

In Part 1, we’re walking through the progress and showing how different this main floor already feels compared to where we started.

Now we’re heading upstairs!

In Part 2 of our BEFORE walkthrough, we’re going over the game plan for two bathroom renovations, the main bathroom and the primary ensuite.

Both spaces are getting renovated, giving us the opportunity to update the finishes and completely refresh the look and feel of each bathroom.

This is what they look like before we get to work. Stay tuned to see how The Triplet Renovation comes together!

We’re kicking off a new project we’re calling The Triplet Renovation!

In Part 1 of our BEFORE walkthrough, we’re going over the game plan for the main-floor tile work throughout the home.

We’ll be:�▪️ Installing new tile at the front entry�▪️ Retiling the risers leading into the sunken living room�▪️ Updating the back entry with new tile�▪️ Carrying the new tile into the powder room

A few targeted changes that are going to make a big difference once everything comes together.
