The sun came out this morning so I snapped this beauty before the clouds took over again. I’m spending the day relaxing, reading Bad Cree by Jessica Johns and knitting on my The Magic Of Christmas socks from last year’s mystery sock set. Now I’m going to sneak in a quick walk while the sun is shining since we are supposed to get rain all weekend long. 🌧️ I hope you find time today for something that brings you joy!

I am so incredibly thankful to everyone who came out to Lori today. Lily and I had a wonderful time! I remembered to take before and after photos this time. It’s hard to see the difference but it’s definitely there if you look closely. The last two photos are at the end of the market. Y’all showed up and I am still in shock. Thank you doesn’t seem like enough and yet that’s all I have. I am absolutely exhausted, my body is in pain (hopefully not for long) and it’s time for bed. Good night all!

As well as a fresh restock of Summer Seeker! I may not need a reason to celebrate but 9 years running this little business is a huge accomplishment and darn it, I want to celebrate!

I was trying to find a carrot cupcake but honestly didn’t feel like driving all over the city in the rain to find the perfect one, so this little cake is it. And I couldn’t be happier! 🥰

I’m home from InglewooDIY and golly what an amazing day! (Minus the weather. The market ended at 3. Lily and I just got home! It’s 8:30! 🤯😅)

A huge thank you to Veronica at for inviting me to be part of this lovely day! We had a wonderful time. I saw some friends, shared a lot of laughs, had wonderful conversations and Lily brought home some new fabric from the swap table which filled her with so much glee! And of course and Paul. I love Jenn so much, so catching up with her was pure joy. 😊 And Paul fixed my POS woes which were causing me some serious anxiety. Thank you Paul, you are a lifesaver! And a huge thank you to everyone who braved the weather and came out to support an amazing room full of creative people! My heart is full. 🫶🏻 Time to enjoy a shower, a treat from Donut Mill, and then some much needed sleep!
