In the case of a catastrophe we start by making an initial damage assessment, then take the appropriate steps towards containing the loss. We will then provide a full restoration quotation and plan to complete the repairs. Canclad ensures a safe working environment when completing home/building maintenance and/or restorations on fully occupied properties while minimizing the inconvenience to occupants. We at Sargeants pride ourselves on safety, quality and schedule. The workers compensation board covers all of our experienced workers and our company carries three million dollar liability insurance. Supporting documentation is attached for your review. Our services include all types of roofing, cladding, siding, soffit, fascia eavestroughing, windows and doors. We work on all sizes of projects from single-family homes to multiple building multi-family projects.
