And just like that, my final weekend is here. To celebrate the end of another season and to help clear off the field for winter, each visitor is welcome to bring their own bucket and fill it for only $10. That being said, I’ve put a few rules in place just to keep the peace. The rules are: #1. Please bring your own bucket (maximum 3 gallons), and a pair of scissors or clippers (I will likely run out). #2. Five dahlias or sunflowers total per bucket. #3. Eucalyptus not included and only available in separate pre-cut bundles (13 stems for $10). #4. New pricing begins at 10am on September 27th. #5. First come, first served. And that’s it! As per usual, my hours will be Saturday and Sunday, September 27th and 28th, from 10-6pm, drop-in, no reservation required, located at 4815-127 street SW. See you this weekend!

Sadly, the end is nearly upon us. I was hoping that my last weekend would be September 27th and 28th, however, it looks like the temperature is dipping low on Tuesday/Wednesday of next week and hard frost will kill off the garden. So, that being said, this weekend may be your last chance to pick some flowers. We’ve been watering and deadheading so there is still a LOT of beautiful flowers out there. My last round of sunflowers is just starting to open, the yellow dahlias are amazing and the eucalyptus is a crazy jungle. Oh, and the truck bed is fully stocked with pumpkins to jazz up your front step! As usual, my hours will be Saturday and Sunday from 10-6pm, drop-in, no reservation required, located @ 4815-127 street SW. And if by the grace of God we are spared a hard frost, the fill your bucket event will go ahead as planned on the weekend of the 27th end 28th.
