These courageous women are breaking through the cycles of generations before them to reweave a new legacy of healing for their children. All of them are mothers of daughters and I cannot be more honored to guide them.

I just shared a response to someone's post who believes that the world is a stage upon which all the darkness or "evil" of the world is unfolding. That this "reality" isn't real.. in essence that we've been programmed .. like Neo in The Matrix.

While I believe that to be true.. I come from the place that human beings are still scared and suffering. "The New Earth" that the New Age spiritual community talks about IS light, love, joy, ease, connection, abundance for all, unity consciousness..

HOWEVER, human beings need loving, compassionate space to be held and feel safe to get there. They need direction on how to find a space that feels like home, WHILE the world around crumbles. Eventually they become aware its within them.

This IS how heaven on Earth comes to exist.. within us..

"The Kingdom {or Queendom} of God {Creator} is within you"

HOWEVER...AND AGAIN.. nervous system regulation is required, so they can be the Light. They cannot get there with trauma triggers activated. Both and. You can't bypass the fully human to get to the fully Divine.

Awakening without abandoning ourselves, our humanity...UBUNTU.. by way of co- regulation (or we are all connected)

"New Earth" "Heaven on Earth" isn't escaped into.. its regulated into.

While I know this world is a stage, that there is purpose in the Darkness and "evil", that the world has to crumble, I arrive with my Light, my compassion, my forgiveness .. and stand for my values. Im here to remind people who they are and what they're capable of.

Thats love for all of it. Just in case you were wondering why I dont speak out on ALL the f@*kery happening in the world.

I dont amplify chaos, I anchor coherence, compassion, connection, curiosity, clarity, creativity, courage, care.

I have spent many of my days in resistance... many of my nights too..

It is something that we ALL experience. It is part of our humanness. And humanness is what connects us to each other.. our humanity.

Ubuntu is a term I learned about when I was doing adoption work. It is an ancient Zulu & Xhosa word for humanity towards others. Compassion, respect, dignity, forgiveness. When internalized & nurtured can be extended to others.

But first, it must start with us...

My resistance largely has shown up in the form of anger & fear (the 2 work well together & are truly on a continuum)

This morning in meditation i asked myself (and you can ask yourself too)

What if you loved the fear & anger that arises within you instead of hating it, judging it, criticizing or condemning it?

What if you saw anger & fear (or shame or guilt or anything else you dislike or resist) as a teacher ?

Or saw it as an aspect of yourself that craves your love, attention, softness, forgiveness and compassion?

What would that change for you?

And if you internalized, embodied, lived from this place...What would that then change for your spouse, children, family, friends, your community?

I can't help but believe that this is the springboard for healing the world.
